24-hour Notice Required:Notify at least 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule or cancel.
Charges for Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
No Show/No Call: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Repeated No Shows or Late Cancellations: After more than one occurrence, reservation requests may be denied.
Late Arrival: If more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and charged 50% of the missed service fee
